Z4 35i Wheels Question
Hey guys, today I went to see my soon to be mine BMW z4 35i, its at the dealer fresh from germany. Next week the paperwork should be done and I will be able to drive it home.
I've ordered the 35i with the standard wheels because I don't really like any of the wheels BMW had to offer me. So im planning on slapping some custom rims on as soon as I get my hands on my car. Im loving OZ' and BBS wheel selection, but I'm not totally sure what size to go for. I know I want 19", but exactly what size FRONT and what size REAR do I have to order for the 35i. I know the rear of the 35i is wider than the front wheels. So i need 19/8 or 19/8.5 or 19/9 or 19/9.5? I really likes these: http://www.performancealloys.com/ima...bbs_air2cy.jpg Would the dimensions below fit without any problems? They are both 10mm wider tires than standard. THE REAR: BBS AIR II CY 19x9.5 Pirelli P Zero Nero 265/30R19 THE FRONT: BBS AIR II CY 19x8.5 Pirelli P Zero Nero 235/35R19 OZ offers these different options, and im really not sure which ones to pick. Any help would be much appreciated!! Last edited by mrboon; 10-14-2009 at 03:35 PM.. |

This is the offsets AC Schnitzer listed for their wheel collections.
FA: 8,5 x 19" offset 23 with 225/35 R 19 RA: 9,5 x 19" offset 28,5 with 255/30 R 19 Hope that helps |

Also im not sure if i should go for pirelli p zero negro tires or Michelin Pilot Sport. The latter are a bit more expensive but i think they look better. Last edited by mrboon; 10-15-2009 at 02:11 AM.. |
