I do agreed that Race Control made a bit of a dogs dinner of turn 4 track limits during the race. But after Horners radio call to Verstappen about it, Hamilton was told by Race Control to stop doing it and he did.
What more was he supposed to do?
Track limits and overtaking off track are separate issues.
What are you trying to bring clarity and make sense of intentional ignorance?
