Came across your thread, hmmm 2 opposite views, I'm looking to upgrade to coilovers for my 28i as well. What's your latest findings, seem like Kw/St are the way to go for E89.
Btw I've read part of the rear coil kind of binds together when car is resting on the ground, does it happen to your set up ?
