I would never even consider taking my Evo there, in fact I wouldn't even take my old Mazdaspeed3 to one of these shitholes.
I am not even at all surprised by this and nor is it a PSA level event. In fact I have seen so much incompetence from these types of quickie shops that I wouldn't even take our family Honda Odyssey minivan to one of these places. The only thing I'd take my car there for is to let them put air in the tires and to buy an air freshener.
I feel bad for the owner and the shop should be held accountable but something is to be said about the judgement of the Audi guy. I mean, I'd only take my car there if I'm absolutely bored with my life, have nothing to do, have no friends, all the seasons of my favourite shows have finished and I have a bank account needing some funds to be drained....only then would I load my a$$ in my car and go to one of these places and prepare for the soap opera of drama I just welcomed into my previously described boring life. Sorry.
