use BMS drop in filter. it makes a slight gain over stock for sure. I had BMS single cone intake in, the heatsoak makes me took it out a day later.
What kind of gains are you looking with the ESS tune? Granted ESS and JB3 has each pros and cons, I think power wise a JB3 on >map 7 should put down more power.
