We've also been looking at houses in Arizona in which 8 out of 10 garages that we've looked at are done professionally in epoxy. Again no issues.

I was told they give 10 years warranty on those. But price is nuts. $5-6k for my garage after I fix my foundation. Swisstrax was like $2k or little over and no need to fix anything
