Anyway- my cousin who is here visiting from italy told me many many times, Zidane is not the classy, professional player that we all think. She said he's an A-hole. He has been kicked out of many many games, and intentionally fouls players on many occasions.

I agree Materazzi shouldnt have said what he supposedly said, but you know what.. this is the world cup, and your final apperance as a player- you shouldnt let anything get in your way of winning. If i were zidane, i would have let it go, then after the match, beat the living shit outta him. But i wouldnt let some player jepordize whats at stake. Zidane should have kept his cool, finish the game, and make his country proud
