The best thing to do is to measure the clearance you have between the inner fender and outer edge of your tire, since spacer sizes vary depend on tire brands & sizes, alignment setting, etc. That would give you the most accurate sizing for the spacers.
We don't have any sample pictures of the spacers installed on an e89 Z4 currently unfortunately. Give us a call if you have any questions!
