Hi,

I wish somebody can help me out with this,

I have an E89 Z4 2009 and I did try to open up my car roof top today and surprise!....not working anymore...

I have the Autel scanner device, plugged it in and it gave me a CTM (control top module) fault. I took that module out of its place, unplugged it and took the electronic device out of its box to see if it smells like burned circuits but the whole device seems to be OK but not sure 100 % if it is fucked up yet!

The problem is that I closed the trunk with the CTM device outside of the boot.

Now I have zero access to the inside of the trunk and the switch inside my car that unlocks the trunk panel doesn't work anymore due to the fact that I realized that the switch works in parallel with the CTM module. I don't have the ski boot option either.

So, anybody can help me out with this please?

P.S. the trunk isn't locked up totally with the electric motor in but it is at its safety position so there is no way to lift it up
