I get the feeling that what you're looking for doesn't exist yet. It's not impossible, just doesn't exist yet.
Yeah I expect worse in the cold and wet, gasoline cars lose range too. But I've found a review online and another on YouTube back in Jan and they couldn't even get 200 miles out of it at 75mph.
