There's going to be zero savings to purchasing from the Omega Boutique.
It's not a super rare or limited edition watch, so I'd look at the used market to find a nice used watch for a discount. No sense in paying full retail for a watch that doesn't appreciate in value as soon as you buy it (like the Rolex sport models).
