I would suggest going with 18x9.5
et35 profile 3 - 265/35-18 since the ET22 will be very aggressive for the rear. Typically the ET35's will be a direct fit. With that said, if you are is very low, you may still need to roll you fenders in order to fit 265/35-18's.
