I googled and found that rabbits as pets generally live 5 to 8 years but can live as long as 12 years.
Don't know how accurate that is. That's for California rabbits and I'm assuming that's what we're talking about since that member is from CA.
PS - I don't think I have all my facts right and I think there's more to it than that. Started my weekly Friday night drinks a little too early. lol
