one tip - don't diet by eating less. focus on eating and being healthy and you will lose weight. start off w the elliptical. then move to bike, then treadmill. no weight for the first month of training.. swim as much as you can if you can..
start slow at the gym but do you homework @ home by eating HEALTHY.
