That's retarded, I could think of about a million things he could plaster on the car that he would be forced to remove. What if he put a dick pic on the back instead? Don't think he would have to remove that?
What's REALLY going on is that although the DMV won't register his "ASS" plate, it's still a innocuous enough word that you can show it in public.
