you can "pair" multiple phones, but if all the phones are in the car at the same time, only the one you choose as "priority" will connect above others.

e.g.: lets say you pair your phone and your wife's phone. you can assign your phone to have priority when both of you are in the car, in other words, when both of you are in the car your phone will "pair" and hers wont at all. but lets say she drives your car alone, her phone will "pair" and she'll be able to use it.

another example would be if you have lets say your iphone and your work's crackberry. you can assign priority to whichever you feel should have the priority to "pair" when both phones are in the car. so, if you give priority to your crackberry, when your lets say cruising on the weekends and you only have your iphone, the iphone will "pair" with no problem at all, but during the week, while you have both on you, the crackberry will "pair" and if you receive a call on your iphone you'll have to pick it up manually.
