"TrailBlazer" instead of "The TrailBlazer"

I just saw a Chevy TrailBlazer commercial, and they say things like "People are taking Trailblazer outdoors..." instead of "...the Trailblazer...". It drives me nuts because absolutely nobody refers to cars that way unless they've given it their own nickname.

I've seen other manufacturers doing it as well and now I notice it every time. Googled it and found nothing. Anyone know why they do this?
