I try to change the differential oil, but e89 is kinda different from e9x.

First, the plate is blocking the differential, even there is a small opening there. Second, there are 2 bars connect the plate to the center of the body,
and lastly, the sway bar is blocking the plug.

Is it possible not to remove any of these to change my oil?

I'm using EandS's picture to circle the parts that blocking my way to the plug.
