Older PAM reps are easy, crown is a little skinny and too close to the case, the crown guard is skinny as well, cg pin insn't right. Look at a stock photo of a 111H or later (sandwich dial) and the photo above, the first thing that will jump out at you is the font on the dial.

Very interesting. Not a fan of Panerai so wouldn't have ever known the difference. Of course no disrespect to the owner.
