Yeah, they wouldn't even tell me the specific part name or number beyond what I wrote above :/ and one of the service advisers told me that they've never seen this issue before but then one of the younger guys that comes up and asks you why you're visiting the dealership today, etc. said he's actually seen this same issue a few times... Love dealerships.
