Taking ours in to BMW dealer this Friday. Top up would have incessant squeaking. I applied silicone lubricant to the gaskets and that seemed to stop it but not for long. Eventually, a rub mark showed up where the top met the body. It actually rubbed a hole in the black metal border where the top meets the car, right side of the window. I've applied foam tape to the spot as a temporary solution until the top can be adjusted.
