For what it's worth, I just put Michelin PS AS/3's on all 4 (18") corners. While I have less than 200 miles on them, I'm pleased.
- The road noise @ highway speed is reduced by ~ 4db's
- The traction is GREATLY improved (both wet & dry)
- The feel is firm but not hard (think "Grippy Rubber", not "Hard Plastic")
