look - BMW would have to prove the exhaust damaged the engine or I would have to prove it did not; can any gear-head on this site explain to me in simple language how Eisenmann exhaust or any other quality exhaust could DAMAGE the engine??? really, could it??? I am no mechanic but I can in no way think of how letting the engine release more heat and exhaust out the back could damage the motor. I can imagine that running shortened straight headers could be a problem b/c, as I understand it, motors need some backpressure to operate properly
