Of course my friend . If the car has lack of performance , It's the driver who has to take more risks beyond the limits of the car to push it through the QF-sessions , and they have to run also very violent over the kerbs to gain in speed and time .That's what we actually can see from SEB .
Such a car can crash at any moment ,in the rain it would be even worse by the lack of downforce and grip
