Sounds well dodgy, I had the main dealer phone me back and they just advised me to bring the car in and the CTEK charger to test it all, however they could have worked this one out themselves with one of their MHEV cars as they sell the chargers. The dealer said my car may even have three batteries
I think he may have been getting confused with the 330e PHEV when it's a 330d MHEV, eitherway it doesn't fill me with confidence.
