You will most probably need to add 10mm spacers at the front especially if you intend to run >245/35 and it should still be a tight fit. I haven't seen myself any case of 255/35 at the front, your safest bet would be to visit a local tireshop and test mount a used tire to determine if it allows full lock.
Selecting 275/
35/19 would be a mistake imo at the back, you 'll have a considerably shorter final ratio and wrong tacho readings. Stick to 275/30 instead.
