If you're really troubled by this, you should just leave the car stock. A re-mapped car doesn't need to be driven at 99% most of the time. Even at 80%, the gearbox functions normally, the benefit of the added power and torque will add the fun factor that outweighs the slight gearbox issue. But like Mike said, an oil cooler should solve the problem.

At least the 335D's gearbox adapt and limits engine power and resume it once safe, the older re-mapped 535Ds just go into limp mode.
