The thrust arms are the parts that looks very curvy, these fit without issue.

There is only one thing you have to adapt if you have auto headlight leveling. Z4 headlight leveling sensor is on the right, the M3 control arms headlight leveling sensor is on the left. The bracket that connects the leveling sensor to the control arm you have to get a new bracket or bend the stock bracket to be able to to connect to the control arm.
