Up until 2 days ago, they did not do that for the routes we’re on. Lots of people been complaining. I contacted them and Chase Travel a few times and nothing without paying $350 each. I got an email 2 days ago saying that one flight was canceled and they pushed us to the next flight that is 4 hours later. The follow day another flight was canceled adding another 9 hours to the next one. Chase contacted me asking to accept or declined. I chose the latter and they said I can rebook or get refund. Chose the latter again and haven’t heard back. Called and was on the phone with them for an hour but they couldn’t get through to Korean Air since everyone is calling them to cancel. Case was pushed to the offline team to handle. Should find out tomorrow or Tuesday. This situation has gotten so bad for South Korea in the last 2 weeks.
