I have the bosch ones that are mentioned on this website.... pretty much same thing as the NGK plug mentioned there... both are iridum.
I have mine gapped 0.022"(0.56mm) Works fine for stage 1. Maybe a bit overkill as its said to be for cars pushing 400hp or more. I havent had any issues with it.

FCP euro gives 2 gapping measures:
