Simply put, Steve Nash wasn't setup, he was too far under the basket, Kobe left his feet way before Nash got there, and finally, Kobe actually jumped OVER Nash, he barely touched him, looked at the picture. And that situation is a world of difference from someone getting hacked on the forehead so hard that he loses his balance and the ref who's standing right in front of them not seeing it. Oh ya, and Lebron travelled on that last shot. He dribbled, hop to a stop, his feet are set for about a second, then he took two steps.
