In Highschool i only had some bucks for allowance and my dad never liked me drinking protein "shakes" for muscle building. I was working out at the gym everyday and he would make me eat a block of tofu cold afterwards. Then Fage greek yogurt mixed with kidney beans and honey. Little did i know. The tofu block had almost 40 grams of protein and the Yogurt before bed had casein and hella amino acids from the kidney beans and honey. That yummy dessert had 65 grams at least.
