Interesting; what chemicals specifically are you injecting and how often, etc.?

Suddenly taken an interest in redoing quite a wide section of lawn at my place that has perpetually deteriorated over the years. After dethatching, aerating, seeding, fertilizing, etc. I'm curious to hear the best steps for maintaining the end result.
