Thanks for the follow-up. I actually own a mercedes OM642 turbo-diesel and had a couple of questions. Your site (
http://www.malonetuning.com/ecu-tuni...edes-smart-cdi ) shows a significant difference in tuning potential between the 2009+ and 2008 and earlier models. As far as I'm aware, those engines have identical stock output, but some of the later added urea injection. For example, the engine in a 2007 E320 bluetec is mechanically identical to a 2013 E350 bluetec aside from emissions treatment. So I'm trying to understand the difference between one that you can get to 275hp and one that can only get to 235hp.
