BMW may void your warranty BUT I don't see how an exhaust (something so mechanically simple) will affect the engine in anyway. Unless you custom made one in your own garage then sure then voiding would be very likely. BUT if you are considering the Eisenmann then rest assured your vehicle and its warranty will be fine.
