I'd be pretty careful buying from this guy. Or any second hand parts for that matter.
I bought his coilover kits off him, which were described as "excellent".
They were damaged pretty badly. One strut had its and the springstop's threads all mushed up so I had to order the part separately which is a bit PITA. And the springs were in very bad condition.
I don't wanna sound bitter but hey, just saying be careful! ..or inspect closely before purchasing.
