You wonder if the cost cap system shouldn't be set up differently.
Williams doesn't have a spare chassis in Melbourne because apparently transport costs are too high for Melbourne.
Obviously transport costs are high for every team, but it's also a result of having so many races per year all over the globe.
Shouldn't transport costs fall outside of the cost cap maybe?
