Im guessing your tweeter grill is dented? Tweeter itself surely is fine?
These tweeter grilles get dented easily.. i replaced both of mine... 25 eur per piece new...

Right side is same code but ends with number 8.
Sunvisor im guessing has a broken mirror? Thats common aswell..
Spring is strong and if you dont set the visor back gently it pulls it back up with a bang and can shatter the mirror inside.. there are two variants of sunvisor...
ordinary one you can find for like 120 or so new, leather sunvisor is pricy ,around 400-500 new.
