I'd like to point out two things here:
1. Both the CLIT and COCK acronyms seem to speak to the liberation of Canadians from proposed American rule or the superiority of Canadians. I like that.
2. Defense Internal Contact Team does not spell DICK. Presumably, this is the American contribution.
