I have taken the advice from the forum and as of this morning, I have two deals working at 2 dealerships which are close but out of town. Should know something today. I have never done an internet deal as I have in the past enjoyed the process of buying a car. The last 2 times I went to my local BMW dealer I was disgusted with the trade-in offer and having to hear the auction story once again. In 2010 I went to trade a Mini Cooper S on a BMW and ended up with a 2010 Cadilliac CTS Premium all wheel drive as a daily driver. Cadilliac discounted the CTS a good percentage and allowed the amount of trade-in that showed in NADA. That's one reason I didn't go to this dealer yesterday for a quote. He is close to home and I will talk to them, but only after I am better armed with other quotes. Let's see how it plays out today.
