What if I posted my lab results as proof?
Eating meat is not an identity. I used to make fun of those feeble looks soy eating kids, but now Im a vegan myself (and so do a lot of soy)
I feel better, and objectively I’m healthier. 17% BF not even working out, total cholesterol under 190, etc.
What’s your opposition to it?
