In the US if a dealer is selling you a
real name brand ceramic they would send the car out to a 3rd party's shop and add a makeup to the cost of the work.
The dealers here also offer other types of paint protection finishes that in my opinion cost them virtually nothing, they are glorified wax jobs and don't offer the same protection like a real ceramic coating.
