Never tried this or heart that someone else tried this before.
Theoretically it could fit and it would be a very good idea. Both discs have 30 mm thickness.
It is depending on two points:
1. the clearance between the 340 mm caliper cut expander spring or other parts of the caliper and the 340 mm rotor in combination with the position of the brake pads at the oem setup.
2. The depth of the pot of the rotor must be the same at the 340x30 mm rotor and the 348x30 mm rotor. Otherwise the disc and the caliper wouldn't be centered.
But if you already own the calipers, why don't you test-fit these? Should be done in 30 mins. max..
