Favorite flavor by far is Starbuzz's fuzzy naval.
As far as your ball bearing problem, my friend's hookah does the same thing. Just twist the metal plug up and down while sucking in strongly. It should "snap" back into place.
I love blowing O's/ french inhaling. It never gets boring
