Actually the inlet/outlets were mostly installed by a guy that worked on the car with me, so I can't help with first-hand overall installation time experience. I helped on cinching up the outlets, which are super tight, particularly relative to the orientation of the clamps and access thereof. We did them with the shield off and, in the photos below, you can see I've yet to reinstall the shields. The fit is tight by the turbo outlets to manifolds, and again as you go forward toward the intercooler connection and along the frame rail up front. These are big hoses :-).

Toward the front, I cut one of the threaded mounting studs on the rail (for the heat shield), as it was pressing into the silicone hose.
