Allergies and Pollen.

I read a report that it is going to be a brutal season, here at least.

When at the downtown Dallas Farmer's Market this weekend getting my veggies and fruits I ran across a hopeful combatant.

I bought a jar of local bee pollen. Area specific pollen is the key from what I understand.

It tastes like mud or a feed store smells. I learned to not eat it straight and now I am putting it in some liquid and downing it.

The vendor said about an 1/8th tsp for two weeks and about a third to a half after that everyday at the same time.

Anyway, I hope it works because I am sick and tired of chewing Clari-tin like Pez.

Anybody else using pollen?
