That's the thing, this prb is kinda misleading because it supposedly takes a MASSIVE downpour for the water to seep in. A reg rainfall supposedly is ok, not to mention when techs were told of this specific prb, they went about their sleuthing and presumably started spraying and still couldn't find the prb area themselves.
