Iceland just because of the insanely unpredictable weather, high winds, and narrow 2-lane roads/highways. Makes for some pretty sketchy driving at times depending on where you are.
Some of the remote parts of Alaska in December/January got a little dicey at times too because of the weather/ice/snow. Nothing like worrying about getting stuck somewhere when it's -37*F
