After some research comparing the standard vs M parts, this is the list of parts I believe are required to swap over to the M front bumper for a RHD e89:

This is going from a 2009 RHD 35i to a 2012 RHD 35is M Sport. All the other parts are the same and can be reused.

I managed to acquire an M sport bumper from a breaker on ebay, which only has a small dent for £90 delivered, which was a bit of bargain, as I was the only person who bid on the auction. I'm just getting some quotes from local body shops for the repair and respray costs, which are ranging from £200-300.

I've contacted two local BMW dealers for the other additional parts above, but they are just quoting me list price, so I'm looking at other ways to see if I can get trade prices for these items.
