8 years, not so easy to quit. I was promised some better position , so I worked my ass hard to get new clients , bring few $$$$$ to my company, and my boss told me I was too focused to please the client , not enough at the office to communicate with other workers, so I cant get the 'better' position. And I can't get back on the track soon enough : covid, and they give the position to someone else.


He might be right, but damn, we selling services , not goods. And client are paying us..

anyway, out, and in to a new office that are looking for someone 'client oriented' ( mechanical engineer to project management)
